8. Dispute Resolution

Informal Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute with HTB Intelligence Inc. relating to these Terms or the use of our services, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal means. Send a written notice to HTB Intelligence Inc. at HTBIntelligence@gmail.com, detailing the nature of the dispute and the proposed resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Small Claims Court: If the dispute remains unresolved after informal attempts, you may bring the matter to small claims court in the county of your residence or another mutually agreed location.

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed organization.
